Denis DaSilva learned the hard way that real estate is chess, not checkers.
A broker, investor, and founding partner of revolv — an independent brokerage built on local expertise, agent development, and a single rule, “Always the client, never the commission” — Denis has built his career through every kind of market: explosive booms, the foreclosure and short-sale era, the housing crash, and the disruption of COVID. Before revolv, he owned and operated RE/MAX franchises and earned a reputation as both a high-performing agent and a sharp, business-minded broker-owner who builds offices, teams, and the agents inside them.
The lesson that shaped him came from the brutal markets, not the easy ones: the agents who survive don’t simply react to the board — they read it, and they move first.
